Pre-Order Policy
Approximate Timeframe:
The timeframe provided in pre-order listings is approximate and subject to change due to production delays or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed about changes as necessary.
No Cancellation Policy:
Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is assumed that buyers have reviewed all product details beforehand.
No Refund Policy:
By placing a pre-order, buyers acknowledge that purchases are final; refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Price Adjustment Rights:
Kollectibles reserves the right to change prices for pre-order items; new prices apply regardless of when orders were placed.
Order Cancellation by Kollectibles:
Kollectibles reserves the right to cancel pre-orders for reasons such as insufficient stock or production issues. Full refunds will be processed in such cases.
Dispute Resolution:
Kollectibles reserves exclusive rights for resolving pre-order issues through official communication channels. Items marked “Pre-Order” indicate they are still under production and unavailable for immediate shipment.
If a pre-order item is combined with in-stock items:
- The in-stock items will ship first while pre-orders will ship once available.
- All pre-orders require full payment upfront; once products arrive, they will ship immediately with tracking information sent via email.
Product Handling Policy
Caring for Collectible Models:
Collectible models are delicate and intricately designed, requiring careful handling to maintain their condition. Damage caused by rough handling is not covered under the seller’s policies. Buyers are encouraged to handle these products with care.
Product Quality and Brand Research Policy
Caution Before Purchase:
Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough research on product brands and their associated quality prior to making a purchase. As the seller acts solely as a retail portal and is not the manufacturer, we do not accept return requests based on dissatisfaction with build quality. Product Availability Policy

Please note that in rare instances a product may become unavailable before you complete checkout. If this happens, you will be notified during the checkout process. All items are subject to availability. Should unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling an order after it has been processed (such as stock shortages, payment issues, or product defects), we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive notification via official email regarding this cancellation, and no substitute products will be provided without your consent.
